Árpád Toni

Among the last remaining resources of pre-World Battle Two Eastern Euro Jewish music, Arpad Toni was small known, beyond Romania, until getting “discovered” during field research travels by Hungarian folk revivalist group, Muzsikas. A get good at cimbalom (hammered dulcimer) participant, Toni has produced up for dropped time. Furthermore to executing with Marta Sebestyen and Muzsikas on the 1993 record, The Shed Jewish Music of Transylvania, he became a member of klezmer group, Di Naye Kapelye on the Feb 2000 tour of Holland and Belgium. By August 2001, Toni was executing with Hungarian group Vajdaszentivany.
