Anibal De Gracia

Puerto Rico’s Anibal De Gracia is a gifted trombonist and bandleader known for his exuberant mixture of jazz and Latin customs, including merengue, batucada, and plena. Given birth to in Bayamon, Puerto Rico in 1961 and developing up around his father’s record shop, De Gracia became thinking about music from a age. He began monitoring the trombone at age group 17 and continuing to play whilst generating his bachelor’s level in accounting from your University or college of Puerto Rico. He quickly discovered work carrying out with such luminaries as Edwin Rivera, Primi Cruz, Willie Gonzalez, as well as others. In 1999 De Gracia founded his personal clothing, Batukealo. An in-demand ensemble, Batukealo offers toured world-wide and released many albums including 2007’s Atrevido, 2009’s Que Siga la Fiesta!!!, and 2015’s Salsealo. In 2016, De Gracia released the single recording Dejando Huellas.
