Today’s jazz quartet from Canada, Altered Laws and regulations (Miles Dark — piano, Tom Keenlyside — flute and saxophone, Dave Robbins — drums, and Mls Foxx Hill — bass) released the very much lauded Outsiders in 2007. In 2008, the band’s knowledge and sound gained Altered Laws and regulations a nomination in Canada’s top music awards wedding ceremony, the Juno Honours.
