A car for singer/songwriter Alan Charing, A.C. Natural cotton came jointly in 2000 when Charing installed with bassist Todd Corbett, guitarist Brett Davis, and drummer Sean Oldham. Charing got already received important recognition using the discharge of his 1999 single record Seconds Western world on Seattle-based indie label LazyBones (it had been preceded with a 1997 EP, A Boy and His Pet dog, and accompanied by another EP, 2000’s ALL OF THIS All or Nothing at all, credited towards the Alan Charing Controversy). That recording gained raves from magazines in the united states as well as peaked the eye of MTV, who positioned many of its tunes on their applications REAL LIFE and Undressed. NBC also lent several the compositions and presented them on Providence. A.C. Natural cotton documented and released its debut recording, Half Method Down, in 2001, and backed it with such significant dates in the Sundance Film Event as well as the North By Northwest Music event, and a hardcore golf club touring throughout their indigenous Northwest.
