Soft Walls

The solo project of Chilly Pumas’ Dan Reeves, Soft Wall space takes his fascinations with Krautrock and lo-fi in an exceedingly different direction. Among his responsibilities with Chilly Pumas and operating Faux Discx Information, the Brighton, England-based Reeves started recording his tests with psychedelic folk and digital components in 2011; the outcomes were Soft Wall space’ self-titled debut record, that was released the next year. Soft Wall space came back in 2014 without Time, a far more refined and thematically cohesive work recorded on the borrowed eight-track.
