Ferroblues

Spanish blues music group Ferroblues was shaped in 1986 by ex-Ley Seca and los Fanaticos singer/guitarist Fernando Rubio, vocalist Amador Blaya, and regional musician Manolo Gómez, soon replaced by keyboardist Carlos Campoy. After bassist Juanjo Rodríguez and drummer Juan Expósito, also called la Máquina, became a member of in, Ferroblues documented its debut recording known as Mondongo, released by Siroco Information in 1994, offering original tracks and variations of Wayne Brown’s “Papa’s Got a whole new Handbag and Freddie King’s “Pack It Up.” Performing metropolitan spirit, Afro-American blues, and funk, the music group came back in 1996 with locally acclaimed Blind Lizard.
