Girl Next Door

Los Angeles-based Woman NEARBY was an alternate/trip-hop-styled duo made up of vocalist and guitarist Kat Green and multi-instrumentalist Billy Lincoln. Debuting in 1998 using the self-released Keeping in mind Analogue LP, GND drew evaluations which range from Morcheeba to Craig Armstrong. The recording do well locally, and in 1999 the duo came back with the Changeover EP, which presented a remix of Analogue’s “Beautiful.”
