The N.Con.C.-structured percussion trio of Christine Bard, Michael Evans, and Jim Pugliese uses discovered objects and traditional instruments. They alter the musical instruments’ noises with lo-tech consumer electronics to achieve control effects that may be recognized during live show. ESP appears about Elliot Sharp’s 1996 Atavistic launch, State from the Union, and their very own eclectic, amazing self-titled CD, released simply by Avant in 1997.
