Zonderhoof

Influenced by a wholesome dose of classic steel and sludge — Dark Sabbath as well as the Melvins, for instance — and a smattering of gore and horror movies, Welsh structured (but continental European countries produced) outfit Zonderhoof was an instrumental trio — although pr announcements noted which the group was a quartet — (Didier Baja (guitar), Otto Kraal (bass), and Potential Von Beek (drums) released their first demo in 2006. Found by Audio Devastation quickly thereafter, Zonderhoof visited Norway and documented work that premiered as their first ‘public’ declaration in 2007, an EP entitled — merely — Zonderhoof.
