Wes Dakus & The Rebels

Wes Dakus as well as the Rebels appeared to be destined for stardom in the mid-1960s. Documenting in Clovis, New Mexico, with Friend Holly’s maker and supervisor Norman Petty, the music group from Edmonton, Alberta documented two collectable albums that included such raved-up rockers as “WE HAVE A Groovy Thing Heading”, “Hoochie Coochie Coo”, “She Ain’t No Angel”, “Lobo Ferocious Doggie” and “Manipulator’. Although they arrived near having popular with “SERIOUSLY Down”, fame had not been in the credit cards for Wes Dakus as well as the Rebels. When Dakus retired from your group, in 1966, and opened up an artist administration company, the music group became a footnote to rock and roll background. Dennis Paul continued to try out with Gainsborough Gallery and Stu Mitchell proceeded to go single. Guitarist Barry Allen continuing to function briefly with Petty, documenting one solo solitary.
