Biography
The Portland, Oregon-based indie pop duo the Crabs comprised singer/guitarist Jonn Lunsford and singer/drummer Lisa Jackson. Following a couple of EPs, Dreamboat and Sore, released over the Knw-Yr-Own label (possessed by Lunsford’s sibling Bret, himself a founding person in Beat Happening along with the frontman of D+), the Crabs agreed upon to K Information to concern their 1995 LP, Jackpot. Brainwashed implemented a year afterwards, and in the wake of 1997’s What Had been Flames Today Smoulder the group’s lineup extended to add keyboardist Sarah Dougher.
