Smokey Warren

b. 12 August 1916, Phoenix, Az, USA, d. 25 November 2005, NJ, USA. Warren performed electric guitar and sang along with his sibling Shorty (b. 15 Might 1913, USA) as the Warren Brothers. Structured initially in Phoenix, around 1941 the duo shifted to NJ where they broadcast over WAAT using their music group, the Traditional western Rangers, which comprised Coy McDaniels (electric guitar), Cy Swed (fiddle) and Dick Richards (accordion).
