Biography

Paul “Lil’ Buck” Sinegal is a genuine Louisiana guitarist for the reason that he’s played in a number of styles. He might be most widely known being a zydeco guitarist, having performed and documented with Clifton Chenier, Rockin’ Dopsie, and Buckwheat Zydeco; he performed on Paul Simon’s Graceland. He also proved helpful as a program guitarist for Excello on swamp blues by Slim Harpo and Lazy Lester, and it has performed right blues and funk as well. In the past due ’90s, Sinegal documented a good if non-trailblazing recording for Allen Toussaint’s NYNO label (which Toussaint also performed keyboards and created) that offered advisable of his wide-ranging capabilities.
