My Captains were a post-punk music group shaped by Neil Henderson, John Lisle, Richard Rowland, and Richard Tarver. The quartet released a self-titled four monitor EP on 4AD in 1981. Pursuing consistent with lots of the various other early ’80s 4AD works, little is well known from the band’s alternative activities or pursuing involvements.
