Matt Stillwell

Nation singer, songwriter, and guitarist Matt Stillwell was raised within the Appalachian Mountains within the western section of NEW YORK, which gave him a grounding in rural music designs, although he paid attention to an array of pop music during his teenagers, from Garth Brooks to Weapons N’ Roses. He went to Western Carolina College or university, earning All-Southern Meeting honors being a football player. Shifting to Nashville to get a profession in music, he created contacts with a number of the city’s greatest musicians, who afterwards performed on his debut record. He didn’t wait around to score a significant label record agreement, but rather toured the South along with his electric guitar, gradually accumulating a pursuing. The album’s name monitor was also the anthem for the two-day music celebration Stillwell developed, Shinefest. Planned simply because an annual event, the inaugural Shinefest 2008 happened in Fontana Dam, NC.
