The winner from the inaugural season from the Danish version from the internationally popular tv program The X Element, Martin is a pop singer who became a nationwide sensation in the early age of 15. Given birth to Martin Hoberg Hedegaard on Oct 9, 1992, in Ørum, Denmark, the teenage feeling cites Michael Jackson and Queen as two of his main influences. Through the 2007-2008 time of year from the X Element, its first time of year like a Danish tv system, Martin performed tunes including “Kiss from a Rose” by Seal, “Rock and roll with You” by Michael Jackson, and “Someone to Like” by Queen. On the night time of March 28, 2008, he defeated runner-up Laura Arensbak Kjaergaard in the season’s grand finale and was announced the X Element champion. A major-label documenting agreement with Sony BMG adopted, together with his full-length single album debut, Display the Globe (2008), having a half-dozen collaborations using the songwriting and creation group of Danish hitmakers Remee and Thomas Troelsen. Released just a few weeks following the X Element finale, Display the Globe topped the Danish albums graph during its first week of product sales and spawned a set of chart-topping singles with “The 1” and “Display the Globe.” Amid this sensational achievement, Martin embarked upon a concert tour of Denmark.
