Los Jaivas

Chilean folk-rock music group Los Jaivas got mixed up in local scene within the ’60s, starting to be the pioneers of the music design and debuting in 1971 using the independently released Un Volantin. Todos Juntos implemented in 1972. A season afterwards, Los Jaivas led a global celebration, known as Los Caminos Que Se Abren, playing alongside Argentinean, Peruvian, and Brazilian amounts. They later made a decision to settle in Buenos Aires and shifting to France immediately after. In 1978, Los Jaivas performed a historical concert at Paris’ Olympia Movie theater, achieving reputation throughout Europe. Basic Todas las Alturas de Machu Pichu, predicated on Pablo Neruda’s poems, premiered in 1981. The folk-rock amount returned with their indigenous nation in 1983 to take part in Viña del Mar celebration, getting acclaimed by their unconditional enthusiasts. In 1988, percussionist Gabriel Parra passed on after a car crash. When everybody was planning on a break up, the group announced a fresh drummer, Gabriel’s girl Juanita Parra, would dominate. After issuing a compilation, known as Trilogia — Un Reencuentro, Sony Music released Arrebol in 2001. Around once, the five-piece work celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary with a significant efficiency at Santiago’s Estadio Nacional.
