b. Lillian Hardin, 3 Feb 1898, Memphis, Tennessee, USA, d. 27 August 1971, Chicago, Illinois, USA. A classically qualified pianist, Hardin worked well thoroughly in Chicago within the 20s, getting very popular both like a single performer and in addition using the rings of Sugars Johnny, Freddie Keppard and Ruler Oliver.
