Kita No Taiko

The art of Japanese drumming is preserved in the Canadian province of Alberta from the six-piece group Kita No Taiko (translated as “Drums from the North”). Although no people possessed drums or got researched drumming when the group shaped in 1987, their enthusiasm and dedication possess allowed these to evolve right into a extremely exciting ensemble.
