The Christian industrial outfit Global Wave Program was formed in 1990, an outgrowth from the Ceiling:Infinity project. Originally made up of vocalist/programmer Christian-E!, developers Troy Motz and A.T. Matthew, and guitarist R. Matthew Barkau; debuting in 1992 with “Dedication,” a monitor around the the SLAVA Music compilation Tone of voice from the People.
