Geoff Keezer

Geoff Keezer was only 17 when he became the final pianist in Artwork Blakey’s Jazz Messengers (1988-1990), an ideal gig for the talented hard bop musician who suit right along with the custom of Horace Sterling silver, Bobby Timmons, Cedar Walton, Adam Williams, and Benny Green. Since Blakey’s loss of life, Keezer has documented steadily being a head for Sunnyside, Blue Take note, DIW/Columbia, and Sackville and performed on information led by Artwork Farmer, Roy Hargrove, and Antonio Hart, amongst others. Geoff Keezer in addition has performed and documented with the Modern Piano Outfit and in 1997 was an associate of Ray Brown’s Trio. Arrive the Quiet made an appearance the following calendar year and in early 2000, Keezer came back with No One.
