Drill for Absentee

The mathematics rock trio Drill for Absentee formed in the suburbs of Philadelphia in later 1995 using the intention of combining abrasive guitars, complex song structures, and spoken word vocals. Comprising Michael Nace (electric guitar/vocals), Kevin Kelly (bass/vocals), and Bryan Sargent (drums), the trio netted a cope with Brain Walk Information, which released Drill for Absentee’s self-titled debut EP in 1998. The Group Music EP implemented in 1999, offering Vin Novara on percussion. The group silently disbanded that same calendar year, with Sargent relocating to NEW YORK and Nace introducing a folk action entitled the Nace Family members.
