Dirty Little Secret

Los Angeles’ Dirty Small Key officially formed in summer time 2002, though vocalist/guitarist Louis Castle and bassist Wayne Bairian have been close friends and songwriting companions since their times in senior high school. Grabbing affects from an array of bands like the Pixies, the Deceased Males, the Psychedelic Furs, and Weapons N’ Roses for his or her dark-edged, passion-fueled rock and roll, the guys documented the five-song EP OVER in 2004, that was released in Australia on Speak n Spell in mid-2005. As the duo’s music matured stylistically as time passes, the guys often sensed something was lacking. It wasn’t until they installed with drummer Brian Monte and business lead guitarist Torin Gerhart in 2005 that Dirty Small Secret finally sensed full. The quartet moved into the studio jointly to record its initial full-length providing. The ensuing self-produced record, Cabin Fever, was finished over the period of six weeks and separately released in 2006. The music group continued touring countrywide and overseas, writing gigs over time with performers like Beck, Utmostïmo Recreation area, the Bravery, John Cale, and WE HAVE BEEN Scientists.
