A previous editor of Moving Stone Newspaper, for whom he composed cover tales on Small Richard, James Dark brown, and Elvis Presley, Daltry continued to pencil biographies from the Moving Rocks, the Beatles, Jim Morrison, Marianne Faithful, the Grateful Deceased, Sid Vicious, and Meats Loaf.
