Olympia, WA hard rock and roll trio C Common was formed by vocalist/guitarist Jon Merithew, Melvins bassist Joe Preston and drummer Brad Balsley. Debuting in 1998 having a self-titled LP on Get rid of Rock Celebrities, the band however earned its best notoriety for frequently support Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder during his infrequent single gigs; changing Preston with bassist Tim Dark brown, C Average released their second recording in 2000. Second Reckoning adopted on Kill Rock and roll Celebrities in early 2001.
