Brunning Sunflower Blues Band

The Brunning Sunflower Blues Music group was the part-time Uk blues-rock outfit led by former Fleetwood Mac pc bassist Bob Brunning and blues pianist Bob Hall. A founding person in Fleetwood Mac pc, Brunning kept a minimal profile after having been release by Peter Green once John McVie was free from John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers. He worked well briefly with Savoy Dark brown and became a schoolteacher, but nonetheless found period — with Hall and their Sunflower Blues Music group — release a four albums: 1968’s Bullen Road Blues, 1969’s Trackside Blues (offering Green), 1970’s I Desire YOU’LL, and 1971’s The Brunning/Hall Sunflower Blues Music group. The group reconvened within the ’80s because the Deluxe Blues Music group, as well as the bandmembers frequently offered as backup players for stateside blues music artists touring Britain. Trackside Blues and I Desire You Would had been re-released on Appaloosa in 2000. Brunning is still involved with blues music and research, providing lectures on this issue every once in awhile.
