Merging death steel, hardcore, and melody, Under the Sky produced in mid-2004 after various rings in the Cincinnati scene dissolved (especially Blind Judgment) plus some of the members united as you. Made up of vocalist Joey Nelson, guitarists Jeff Nelson and Chris Profitt, bassist Nick Scarberry, drummer Brandon Sowder, and keytar participant Matt Jones, the music group initial released a four-song demonstration in early 2005.
