Ashok Prince

Ashok Prince was a Punjabi folk vocalist most prominently known for his powerful, reverent vocal shows and his collaborations with esteemed bhangra and hip-hop suppliers. Hailing from your Jalandhar Area of Punjab in the Indian town of Nathowal, he 1st took a pastime in performing while at college. His skill became immediately recognizable, and he continued to earn many singing contests during his research, gaining second placement in the Inter University or college Folk Performing competition in the Nakodar Arya University. The youthful vocalist ultimately relocated to holland in 1997, where he received additional teaching, both in performing and music, from Ghazal vocalist Manjit Chand. His profession continuing to burgeon, with several performances over the Netherlands and the others of European countries. In 2008, he was granted Best European Vocalist from the Bhagat Dhanna Jat Sikh Culture in Germany. He released Qaid Boly Gayi in ’09 2009. The record was made by fellow Netherlands-based musician Harminder Singh Sangha and premiered through Speed Information India. He continued to collaborate with U.K.-centered bhangra and hip-hop producer Tru Skool in 2016. Both released the collaborative work ONETIME 4 Ya Brain.
