Asgard

French-Canadian black metallic music group Asgard was founded in 1997 by previous Gorguts drummer Steve McDonald with rhythm guitarist Jeffrey Plamondon, later on borrowing vocalist Patrick Guérin and guitarist Stéphane Dussault from regional band Respectable simply long plenty of to record an eponymous four-song EP. But this didn’t draw much focus on the group beyond your wall space of its house foundation of Québec Town, so when McDonald departed to rejoin Gorguts, Asgard would withstand a Vertebral Tap-like blast of short-term musicians within the next couple of years. Finally, they reemerged in 2002 with an effective debut, Cold Time of year, and a lineup comprising Jeffrey Plamondon on acoustic guitar and vocals, Raynald Clavet on business lead electric guitar, and Luc Gaulin managing drums.
