Region Code 615 was a Nashville studio room supergroup (615 may be the Nashville phone region code) formed in 1969 within the wake of Bob Dylan’s Nashville Skyline recording, on which a number of the potential members played. These were a who’s who of Nashville program celebrities: Charlie McCoy, Mac pc Gayden, Weldon Myrick, Kenny Buttrey, Bobby Thompson, Wayne Moss, Friend Spicher, Norbert Putnam, and David Briggs. This lineup made an appearance on both of their albums, Region Code 615 in 1969 and Trip in the united states in 1970. Subsequently, Moss shaped Barefoot Jerry, and Putnam and Briggs became makers.
