Blessed in Philadelphia and elevated in Milwaukee, WI, it wasn’t until vocalist Alia Marie relocated to NEW YORK that she perfected her vocal and songwriting abilities. Marie sang back-up for the Tribe Called Goal (showing up with them on the Late Present With David Letterman appearance), and produced her Broadway debut in the creation Rent, before concentrating primarily on her behalf music profession. Having also opened up displays for rappers Rahzel as well as the Roots, Marie released her debut discharge in 2000 — a self-titled five-song EP.
