Alegres de la Sierra

Mexican group Alegres de la Sierra started being a foursome within their indigenous San Blas, Sinaloa, comprising singer/guitarist Inocente Guerrero (aka Chente), singer/songwriter Manuel Guerrero, bassist Guillermo Guerrero, and accordionist Alberto Guerrero. Their discovery came after launching Suerte He Tenido on Infinity Music accompanied by Del Rancho a la Sierra in Oct 2001. The achievement of their well-performed traditional Mexican design referred to as “campirano” led these to indication with Univision GROUP. The 2002 Alegres Sentimientos was documented in Los Mochis, Sinaloa, made by Javier Parra and presented a 5th member, Octavio Guerrero.
