MJ Guider

Beneath the name MJ Guider, New Orleans-based Melissa Guion constructs spacious, meditative dream pop tracks using ticking drum devices, a bass guitar, and mountains of echo and other results. Her blissful, otherworldly compositions are motivated by her New Orleans environment aswell as research fiction. Her initial discharge was Green Plastic material, a restricted cassette released by Constellation Tatsu in early 2014. 2 yrs afterwards her debut full-length, Precious Systems, made an appearance on Kranky, as she extended MJ Guider right into a trio for live shows.
