Fever Fever

Shaped in Norwich in Feb 2009, Fever Fever ditched the tried-and-tested three-piece formula of guitar, bass, and drums for your of guitar, guitar, and drums. With Rosie Arnold and Ellie Jones both channeling famous brands Sonic Youngsters, PJ Harvey, as well as the White colored Stripes through their guitars and Wayne “Smit” Smith’s thunderous drumming design, the band started using the ferocious solitary “Secrets in the Dish” b/w “Stage Sneakers.” Using the vocal energy of Jemina Pearl (Become Your Own Family pet) as well as the undeniable Englishness of Sue Tompkins (Existence Without Structures), Arnold continuing to supply the band’s bite on 2010’s “Monster” as well as the Bloodless EP. In 2011, Fever Fever released “Tooth” — which demonstrated musical development without dropping the innocent, chaotic experience of their previously recordings — and earned the opportunity to display their skill at SXSW, while also showing up at Glastonbury for the BBC’s Presenting Stage.
