The League of Gentlemen

English invasion/soul Early-middle 1960’s music group that had the distinction to be the 1st group to which Robert Fripp belonged. Potential Ruler Crimson alumnus Gordon Haskell was also an associate of this mainly overlooked ensemble, who supported various American spirit performers who toured Britain in 1964 and slice a unitary, “Each Little Dropping Rip” b/w “And I REALLY DO Right now,” for EMI-Columbia in 1965, and experienced one subsequent launch on earth label. Fripp later on appropriated the name for any post-King Crimson ensemble.
