A calypsonian who rarely has a major function in carnival but who frequently makes an excellent commentary on some regional issue. 1988’s “Carnival Controversy” and 1989’s “Sing for the Judges” present her to become unafraid to speak out against the T&T federal government, and these actually represent two albums that could provide a great launch to her music.
