Hampden, ME’s the Getting rid of Moon is usually a five-piece rock and roll quintet that has a dark audio with suggestions of screamo and brass backdrops performed through impact pedals. Initially began as a part project, the youthful group includes hometown close friends Trevor Geaghan (bass), Ryan Hannan (vocals/acoustic guitar), Dan Lafayette (trombone), Chris Michaud (baritone sax/vocals), and Jeremy Yehle (drums). Nevertheless, as the people started to attract more folks to local displays together than within their individual primary bands, your choice was designed to make the Getting rid of Moon their full-time gig. Putting your signature on to Fearless in November 2005, their debut EP, A NOTE Through Your Tooth, was released in March 2006.
