Nervous Cop

The drums and harp trio Nervous Cop features Hella’s drummer Zach Hill, Deerhoof’s drummer Greg Saunier, as well as the Pleased’s keyboardist/harpist Joanna Newsom. Hill and Saunier started the cooperation, adding in Newsom and extra electronic efforts from fellow Deerhoofer John Dieterich as the task progressed. Anxious Cop’s self-titled debut record found its way to fall 2003 on 5 Rue Christine.
