Karen Williams

b. 20 Might 1957, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Pursuing in the footsteps of her dad, popular country vocalist Pal Williams, Karen set up a following initial as a single act. By the first 00s, Williams acquired teamed up with Wayne Bromwich and Chris Make to create Hillbilly Lovechild, with whom she documented 2002’s Leavin’ Live Monitors. The following calendar year Williams produced her solo debut with Midnight And Madness. Performers who made an appearance with her over the record included Rikki Chaplin, performing a duet, ‘I May’t Transformation Overnight’, and Michael O’Rourke, a duet on ‘Midnight & Madness’.
