Thomas Lunch

Originally from Virginia (and afterwards based away from Washington, D.C.), Thomas Lunchtime rocks his very own powerful and semi-experimental mixture of indie-electro rock and roll, drawing impact from works like Brian Eno, Speaking Minds, the Ramones, and Sonic Youngsters. Lunch agreed upon with San Diego-based Hi-Fi Alliance in January 2006, and his debut full-length, Diagrams Without Guidelines, appeared on the year’s end. A lot of the record was documented with co-producer/engineer Theron Time, though Tony Lash (Elliott Smith, the Dandy Warhols) lent his abilities to the blending of several tracks, including “YOU MIGHT BE My Medication” as well as the album’s 1st shaking solitary, “Open fire Puppy.” The record was backed with a lot of energetic UNITED STATES and overseas displays; Lunch dealt with vocals and acoustic guitar live, while his support band additional included Day time (bass), Adam Weiss (drums), and Pete Sanderson-Kilchenstein (synths/sequencers).
