Brazilian singer/songwriter Sideral (given birth to Wilsom Sideral) began singing and playing guitar in his indigenous Alfenas, joining a band called Contatos Imediatos in 1985. When that group disbanded in 1993, he began playing within a foursome known as Capitao Gancho, afterwards shifting to Belo Horizonte and signing up for the neighborhood reggae action Omeriah. He set up Wilsom Sideral e Banda Nave immediately after. General Music agreed upon him up, issuing a self-titled record made by Dudu Marote in Sao Paulo. Na Paz implemented in 2001.
