Sanctus Real

Guitarists Matt Hammitt and Chris Rohman formed Christian rock and roll group Sanctus True in 1996 even though both were even now tenth graders in Toledo Christian College. With Hammitt managing lead vocals, the duo added drummer Tag Graalman and bassist Steve Goodrum to rounded out the lineup. The group released three indie albums of power pop (ALL OF THIS Chat of Aliens in 1998, Message for the Public in 1999, Nil to lose in 2001) before putting your signature on with Sparrow Information, resulting in 2002’s State It Loud, that was made by Pete Stewart. A five-song EP product to say this Loud, entitled SVERIGEEP, made an appearance in 2003. The music group was occupied in 2004, putting tunes on two Sparrow anthologies (“Gorgeous Day time” on In the Name of Like: Performers United for Africa and “Promised Property” on Veggie Stones!) in addition to releasing an individual, “Everything On the subject of You,” another recording on Sparrow, Battle the Tide, made by Tedd T. The music group continued to create its own make of earnestly redemptive pop on 2008’s WE ARE IN NEED OF ONE ANOTHER and 2010’s Bits of a Real Center.
