Blessed in 1925, British composer Sam Fonteyn (blessed Samuel Soden) was most widely known for his excellent result for the Boosey & Hawkes Music Collection. Primarily composing through the entire ’60s and ’70s, Fonteyn’s unforgettable scores have already been highlighted in movies and popular Television shows. His “Pop Appears Bach” structure was famously useful for the BBC system Ski Weekend and is most likely probably one of the most cherished British TV styles ever. Another BBC display he made up the theme for was the sitcom Make sure you Sir. Since that time, Fonteyn’s piece “Galloping Gertie” continues to be used on cartoon Television shows SpongeBob Squarepants, Ren & Stimpy, and Family members Guy. Unfortunately, Fonteyn passed on in 1991.
