Pseudo Buddha

Pseudo Buddha is a revolving collective that takes on instrumental, improvised-sounding, trance-oriented rock and roll music with large affects from progressive rock and roll, electronic drone, raga, plus some jazz. Created in San Antonio by Bobdog Catlin (that has performed electric guitar and sitar with Psychic Television, Check Dept., Pigface, and Robert Full) and Quinn the Nameless Eskimo (that has performed bass using the Fearless Iranians from Hell as well as the Butthole Surfers), they are able to vary in proportions from three players to a 13-piece orchestra. Their 2002 Compact disc, three months in Fat Town!, was a 65-minute function put together from four different live pieces, edited together in a fashion that made it appear to be one continuous functionality.
