Pop duo Prima J feature the singing and dancing talents of cousins Jessica and Janelle Martinez. Elevated in Rosemead, CA, the set were encouraged to execute for their households from a age, a interest they carried to their teenagers. Introduced to previous Crazy Orchid member Stefanie Ridel by vocalist Nikki Flores, Ridel mentored the duo and helped develop their dance-pop audio and live action. After Prima J had been agreed upon to Geffen Information, their debut one, “Rockstar,” was highlighted in the Bratz film soundtrack in 2007. The duo’s full-length eponymous debut implemented in 2008.
