Created in 2012, punkish indie rockers Activities modeled their sound following the buzzy alt pop of shy ’90s wallflower rings, despite writing three members using the decidedly more aggressive metalcore group Code Orange Children. Code Orange Children people Reba Meyers (electric guitar/vocals), Jami Morgan (drums), and Joe Goldman (bass/vocals) had been joined up with by guitarist Dominic Landolina and keyboardist Kimi Hanauer and quickly released a self-titled debut EP in past due 2012.
