Created in Sinaloa, Mexico, in 1995, the Cumbia/norteño/ranchera quintet Los Zultannes del Norte is definitely led by singer Gabriel Garcia and songwriter/instrumentalist Pedro Pareida. Their recordings add a set for EMI Latin: 1998’s Mensaje de Amor and 2000’s Te Quiero, Te Amo, Te Extraño.
