Indie rock-band Zillionaire was shaped in Tampa, FL, in 2004 by Heath Dupras after his tenure in the Washdown. Dupras turned from drums to electric guitar and vocals in that which was designed originally being a electric guitar/drums duo with drummer Keith Ulrey, previously of Pohgoh. However the two finished up enlisting two even more ex-members from the Washdown, guitarist/vocalist Michael Waksman and bassist Bryan Bates. The quartet was authorized by New Granada Information, which released their debut recording, The Street Lamps Have Been REJECTED, on January 15, 2008.
