Yury Martynov

Yury Martynov is a Russian pianist who also has harpsichord, fortepiano, clavichord, and body organ with similar skill. A graduate from the Central College of Music as well as the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow, Martynov researched piano, body organ, and music theory, and his primary instructor was Mikhail Voskresensky. Martynov became a member of the faculty from the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in 1994, and he also trained on the Claude Debussy Conservatory in Paris as well as the Jean Wiener College of Music in Bobigny.
