Yuka Honda

Following the dissolution of Cibo Matto, Yuka Honda began focusing on her own music, in addition to collaborating with other artists. Her single debut, Remembrances Are My Just Witness, found its way to 2001 on Tzadik and presented previous Cibo Matto music artists Timo Ellis and Duma Like. The following 12 months, Honda came back to Japan to collaborate using the Boredoms’ Yoshimi P-We, the outcomes which became 2003’s Bloom without Color. Honda was also focusing on her second single record, and Eucademix found its way to fall 2004. 2010’s Center Chamber Phantoms highlighted a ensemble of backing music artists that included Sean Lennon and John Zorn.
